About Cloudcept Milling and Design

Jeff Coburn, Principal Designer

For five generations, the Coburn family has cultivated the land and reared livestock on a rural farm near Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Being raised in this natural setting instilled in Jeff a deep love and respect for the environment, including trees.

Jeff grew up surrounded by nature's beauty, playing and working among forests, pastures and tree-lined fields. Even after leaving the farm to pursue a computer science degree at university and work in the fast-paced world of high tech, he maintained strong ties with the land, frequently returning to the family farm to visit and help out with planting, harvesting and livestock care.

Today, Jeff lives in the nearby countryside with his wife and two young children. He continues to help out on the family farm, which provides both the source materials and inspiration for his creations.
